Catching Pokemon

It is a very simple way to get Stardust. The amount of Stardust you get depends on the rarity of Pokemon, the evolution stage, and the weather boost. If you catch a Pokemon that is rare or weather-boosted you will get more Stardust.

Hatching Pokemon

You can get Stardust by hatching eggs. The amount of Stardust may vary according to the egg’s distance. You will get more Stardust if the egg’s distance is more if the distance is less you will get less Stardust. For example, if you hatch an egg that is at 10km you will get more Stardust, and if the distance is 5km you will get less Stardust.

Open Gifts

This is another way to get Stardust in Pokemon Go. Here you have to open gifts that contain stardust. Each gift can contain 100,200 or 300 Stardust and the amount of Stardust you get is random.
