The Pokemon Go New Year’s 2024 event will kick off on Monday, January 1, 2024, at 10 AM (local time) and conclude on Wednesday, January 3, 2024, at 8 PM (local time). As players revel in the Winter Holiday 2023 event until December 31, the New Year’s event promises to usher in 2024 with a bang.

Wild Encounters:

During the event, trainers can encounter a variety of Pokemon in the wild, including the debut of Jigglypuff wearing a ribbon. Evolve it with 50 Candy to obtain Wigglytuff wearing a ribbon. Additionally, keep an eye out for these Pokemon donning special outfits:

  • Hoothoot in New Year’s attire
  • Darumaka
  • Bronzor

All featured Pokemon, including the newly introduced Jigglypuff and Wigglytuff, have a chance to appear in their shiny forms.

Egg Pool:

Hatch excitement from 7 km Eggs incubated during the New Year’s 2024 event. The Egg pool includes:

Event Bonuses:

  • 1/2 Egg Hatch distance when Eggs are placed into Incubators during the event.
