To receive a Research Breakthrough you must complete one Field Research activity per day for seven consecutive days. Field Research jobs can be obtained by spinning Pokéstops. You will be able to unlock your Research Breakthrough Box after completing seven field research activities.
A Pokémon encounter, XP, stardust, and a random item are all included in the Research Breakthrough box. Rare Candy, Pinap Berries, Ultra Balls, Poké Balls, and Remote Raid Passes are all possible items. There is also a chance that you will acquire the Sinnoh Stone.
Defeating a Team GO Rocket Leader
After defeating the Team GO Rocket Leader, you will get a chance to get the Sinnoh Stone as a reward. You’ll also find a strange egg, which contains a Shadow Pokémon.
Winning PvP battles
After you win a PvP battle, you will have a small chance of receiving a Sinnoh Stone as a reward. You will also receive other rewards, such as Stardust and TMs.
Go Battle League
You need the Battle Pass to participate in the Go Battle League. The Battle Pass is available for free, or you can pay for the Premium Battle Pass to get more benefits.
After earning the Battle Pass, you can start engaging in trainer battles. There are five battles in each set of battles. 1. Tap on the Poke Ball icon.
2. Select Pokemon this will open your collection.
3. Find and tap the Pokemon you want to evolve.
4. Select Evolve listed under Power UP.
5. Pokemon will evolve into a new form.
