Go to Old Nayshall. You can accomplish this by quickly travelling to the Central Bazaar.

Locate Azam. He'll be standing on the right side of the Bazaar entrance

Speak to Azam. He'll assign you a side quest to find a fighter for an educational video he's working on.

In Nayshall, go halfway up the mountain. This can be accomplished by using the path that leads up the mountain to the right of the Bazaar.

Locate Rashid. He'll be halfway up the mountain, on a ledge.

Speak to Rashid. He'll agree to assist you with Azam's video.

Go back to Azam. In order to complete the quest, you must defeat Rashid in a combat.

Rashid will be available as a master in World Tour Mode if the mission is completed. During the day, you can find him at the Old Nayshall Train Station.
